Dr. Mullins has been chosen by his peers to be listed in every Washingtonian Magazine “Best Physicians” edition for the past 30 years. Dr. Mullins was named “Montgomery County Physician of the Year” in 1994 by the Montgomery County Medical Society, and received the Medical Society’s President’s Award in 2016.
